A small part of a bigger picture, our couples-only cottage at the very edge of the South Bruny National Park blends the best of architectural design with a unique coastal location. Sorry ... no children, infants or pets permitted.
Bruny, as us locals call it, is best explored slowly when you can make the time to stop and savour the sights, sounds and scents of this beautiful place.
We won’t describe our cottage in detail as we’d rather leave the excitement of your first introduction to be your own adventure.
What we can tell you is that you can be assured of comfortable accommodation, a thoughtfully designed interior as well as the conveniences you expect plus a few of our own personal touches.
Please note: the cottage is not suitable accommodation for people who are unable to climb or descend staircases.

Creating a place which will give our guests an outstanding experience was one of the main considerations for us during our planning and design phase. And we think we got it right.
The exterior of the building gives nothing away, with the individualistic design hinting at things to come.
The cottage has everything including a cleverly designed kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer complete with chilled water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, wall mounted multi-function oven, wall mounted microwave and an induction cooktop.
You will appreciate the underfloor heating, air-conditioning, reclining leather sofa, comfortable mezzanine bedroom, remotely controlled window furnishings, lush shower room, washing machine/dryer and the gorgeous daybed ... it's all waiting for you.

Our cottage is set on the coast in historic East Cove at the very edge of the South Bruny National Park.
The world renowned Grass Point and Fluted Cape walking track traces the shoreline just below, offering breathtaking coastal vistas and moments of historical intrigue. Despite this proximity, the cottage’s elevated setting ensures complete privacy; your own secluded vantage point over the landscape.
Your stay is designed to be effortless. A private driveway leads up to the cottage and because of its perfect location there is no passing traffic. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary drink and a selection of snacks, just the beginning of a stay where every essential is provided, and every detail quietly elevates your experience.

We recommend a minimum of 2 nights to really experience Bruny but we do make one night stays available at a premium, available only by booking direct. Full breakfast and pantry provisions (with suitable dietary options) are included with all our packages as well as complimentary welcome drinks. We can also design an all-inclusive experience* for those extra special stays.
*Charges apply - optional packages include fully stocked pantry, choice of tours and cruise, flights from Cambridge Aerodrome to Bruny Island and return, transfers to cottage and more.

The cottage has both internal and external staircases making it unsuitable accommodation for people with mobility issues. Please contact us if you require further information about the access.
"cameras?"
We have an operational fixed multi-camera CCTV system operating on the property, partly for guest safety and also for general security. The cameras have been professionally installed to ensure maximum coverage of the exterior of the property. We guarantee that the camera coverage is restricted and does not include the deck or any interior space. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding our system.
